We do try to recycle but also use new. We also live remotely so may have to pay for collection which adds to our costs. Please allow us time to respond to questions or queries. We have other jobs and family commitments and get offended when people don't allow us time to investigate or try to put things right. Please message us and we will do our best to correct mistakes.
