You will need to write down the product serial number before collection date. I try our best to reply to all the customer queries and happy customers are our top priority. Please note that we will endeavour to answer any questions or queries as soon as possible however in unforeseen circumstances it may take up to 48 hours (not including Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for a reply to be sent. This will give me the opportunity to reasonably rectify any issues raised as quickly as possible.
