A Rare SET of 6 Six SUSIE COOPER Art Deco Bowls in the CUBIST Pattern 1928-1931

Here is a scarce set of 6 soup bowls in the "Cubist" pattern designed by Susie Cooper and produced by Gray's Pottery from about 1928 to 1931. Each bowl is hand painted with vibrant reds, blacks, yellows and greens. Each bowl has the Gray's Pottery transfer printed stamp with Susie Cooper's name on it. Each bowl is about 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 3/8 inches high off the ground.

There are no cracks or chips on any of the bowls. Most of the bowls have firing stilt marks on the underside and due to the fact that the bowls were hand-painted and washed extensively over time, every bowl has some paint loss and fading. I have photographed the worst of the paint loss but feel free to ask for more details. All items I sell are fully guaranteed to be as I have described them.
