Signed & Dated: kRI kRI 2001 - 2003. STYLE NOTE: These whimsical, colorful kRI kRI plates, bowls and mugs were handmade in Seattle by artist Kristin Nelson. Unlike most traditional pottery which can be quite heavy, Nelson uses a'dry fired' technique that results in uncommonly lightweight pieces, making them ideal for daily use.

Each of her pieces is unique and when set on a table, the rainbow effect is eye-catching. This set is vintage and every piece is signed and dated.

Nelson has retired these fanciful designs, so they're hard to find and quite collectible. We spotted one small repair on a mug in this collection.
